About Me

My mother blames Sesame Street. Little did she know that sitting me down in front of Bert and Ernie, Cookie Monster, and Big Bird would ignite a lifelong curiosity about people and a fascination with human connection. Those first glimpses of a world that celebrated every voice — curious, colorful, and unafraid to be different — planted something deep. Inclusion and belonging isn’t just my career. It is who I am. Curiosity and connection unleash possibilities for people.

Curiosity is what has guided every step of my career since. It led me to ask questions others weren’t asking — about how organizations really work, where belonging breaks down, and what it takes to build cultures where people genuinely thrive. It’s what allowed me to make connections across functions, levels, and geographies, and to build bridges between people and ideas that might never have found each other otherwise.

Curiosity is also how I do the work — not as a bolt-on, but woven into the systems, processes, and rhythms that shape how organizations operate every day.

At Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, and IFF, I built a reputation not by arriving with answers, but by asking better questions. By sitting at the intersection of business and human experience. By integrating inclusion into talent systems, performance processes, and leadership development in ways that lasted — because they were designed from the inside out, not imported from the outside in. That same instinct led me to the EDGE Foundation’s Technical Standards Committee, where curiosity about global equity standards became an opportunity to shape them.

In my coaching practice, curiosity becomes something else entirely: it becomes safety. When I work with a leader one on one, my job is to create a space where they can get genuinely curious about themselves — about the mental playlist running in the background, the patterns that once served them and no longer do, the version of themselves that’s waiting on the other side of a question they haven’t asked yet. That kind of reflection requires trust. And trust begins with feeling truly heard.

As a certified Integral Coach® and certified administrator of the 360 Inclusive Leadership Compass, I bring a methodology that works at the level of who you are — not just what you want to change. My clients don’t just think differently. They begin to move through the world differently.

Curiosity brought me here. It’s what I offer every person I work with. And in my experience, it’s where every real transformation begins.
